This easy to apply, ultra-low VOC coating can be used to protect decks, docks, outdoor walkways, floors, and much more. Given the cured membrane's superior strength, waterproof properties, and high adhesion to most substrates, Liquid Rubber's Polyurethane Deck Coating is an ideal solution for indoor and outdoor, and hot and cold environments. This high tensile coating is designed for multiple surfaces including wood, concrete, and metal and should be applied 3-4 coats. Application:Can be applied using a brush, roller, or single component sprayer to provide a seamless and fully adhered membrane to most substrates. Ensure a clean, dry surface and use Liquid Rubber Deck and Patio Cleaner. Fill gaps, seams, and screw holes with a high quality wood filler. 40 square feet per gallon, final coverage after 3-4 generous coats. 30 square feet per gallon for high traffic areas (4-5 generous coats) For larger areas, pour onto surface and roll. Apply the next coat as soon as possible, not allowing extended time between if possible. Ensure coating is dry to the touch with no uncured material underneath before moving on to the next coat. Avoid hot, direct sunlight during application and apply about 10C/50F. Remove painters tape while still wet. Drying Time: At 25C/77F and 50% relative humidity, fully cures in 72 hours at 1mm.
